this is a note that comedian garry shandling wrote to himself. garry is prob best known for ‘the larry sanders show’ where he played a character very similar to his own life.

on the @hbo documentary about his journey, garry shines as a true artist and human— a man who seeks spiritual transformation through his craft. his brother died when they were young and it affected him deeply. his quest to let go of that pain was a primary driver throughout his days.

when we use our creativity to be seen, expressed, healed and connected — there is a deep and real transformation. 

this is what i teach in my coaching and workshops. garry knew it and lived it.
